DACA Eligibility Requirements
- Came to the U.S. before age 16
- Continuously resided in the U.S. since June 15, 2007
- Present in the U.S. on June 15, 2012 and at time of application
- Currently in school, graduated, or served in the military
- No felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanors
TPS Designated Countries
- El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti
- Nepal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen
- Ukraine, Myanmar, and others as designated by DHS
