After a Denial

Waiver Denied? You May Still Have Options.

A waiver denial is not necessarily the end of the road. Depending on which waiver was denied and why, you may be able to file a motion to reconsider, a motion to reopen, or an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO). In some cases, federal court review under the Administrative Procedure Act is also available. The key is acting quickly — deadlines are strict.

Don't Give Up After a Denial: Motion to reconsider, AAO appeal, or a new filing with stronger evidence are all potential paths forward. Speak with us before assuming your case is over. (424) 245-8588.
