E-2 Dependent Visas & Employee Visas
The E-2 classification extends beyond the primary investor. Spouses and unmarried children under 21 of E-2 investors may obtain E-2 dependent status — and spouses are eligible for unrestricted employment authorization in the United States. Key employees of your E-2 business who share your treaty nationality may also qualify for E-2 status as essential employees.
